Peggy Gallaher uses assemblage to tell a fun story of a cat and a snake. Attaching a metal basket to a silver bowl Gallaher creates a “cage” for a wooden toy snake to hide in. Toying With Prey is dominated by a large cat perched atop the “cage” watching its prey. This piece is on display at Lakeland’s RP Funding Center along Artist’s Alley.
